A sacred, welcoming space where we can talk about our menstrual cycles, cyclical living, perimenopause & menopause, pregnancy/postpartum, societal norms & taboos, fostering period positivity for future generations, and more.
I have been dreaming of hosting a multi-generational monthly red tent circle for nearly a decade and it has become clear that NOW is the time, that THIS is the work the world is needing.
Many of you have come to me with intimate menstrual cycle and cyclical living questions over the many years of my work here at Sauvage Wellness and it’s time we ALL benefit from not only sourcing answers, but supporting one another as we uncover, embrace, and LIVE the truth of our menstruating bodies.
This monthly Red Tent is our space to do just that.
Each Red Tent will include open group chat about whatever is coming up for us, directed journaling & meditation practices, menstrual cycle rituals + self-care, incorporation of moon cycles + seasonal shifts + Wheel of the Year celebrations, and nourishing snacks + drinks.
